How does all of this work?
What to expect with a professional PHOTOGRAPHEr:
I. Inquiry Form Submission
- Follow the booking link and fill out the form.
- I'll follow up via your preferred contact method within 72 hours.
- We will plan a call to go over the details.
II. Consultation Call
We’ll use this time to get acquainted, settle on a date, and dive into your session’s vision.
- We will discuss packages and make sure that you have chosen the best one for you.
- Ill ask you a set of questions to get a better idea of your vision.
- I will send you an invoice for 50% of your session cost. This can be paid by card or Venmo. You will sign your contract at this time. Your session will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and contract.
- We'll discuss clothing options and start crafting a vision board for styling you and/or your family.
III. Planning
- In the days leading up to the shoot, we’ll collaborate to select the perfect outfits and location.
- We will have continuous communication to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
- You will make your final payment at any point prior to the day of your session.
IV. Day of the shoot
- We will meet at the chosen location, where we'll chat and I’ll set up my equipment.
- We will take a mix of posed and candid photos, emphasizing a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
- Our focus will be on capturing natural interactions and genuine expressions.
- We will have fun playing and exploring nature
V. After our session
- I’ll perform some basic edits to enhance the natural beauty of your photos.
- I'll send you some sneak peeks as soon as possible
- We will arrange a viewing session, either virtually or in person, two weeks post-shoot to select your favorite photos and products.
- We will discuss specific edits for things like acne and other flaws.
VI. final selection and delivery
- Two weeks after the viewing, you’ll receive the final edits for approval.
- Once approved, I'll order your photo products and prints.
- Expect a turnaround of approximately two weeks from ordering to delivery.
